In the heart of our urban tale are two Emirati urban planning experts, who embarked on a journey to redefine the cityscape

Dr. Ahmed Almulla, our co-founder, is a seasoned urban planner and strategist with over 15 years of global experience in cities like Boston and Dubai. With a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Engineering from the Masdar Institute and MIT collaboration, and a Master of Architecture from Northeastern University, Boston, Dr. Almulla is committed to sustainability and people centric design. His expertise lies in shaping sustainable and livable cities for the future, making him an invaluable leader in our mission to revolutionize urban planning.
His current roles include advising the Abu Dhabi Government on Urban Planning and Infrastructure Development, as well as teaching a Master's course in Urban Planning at the American University of Sharjah

Ahmed Almulla

Co-founder Fatma Al Khayat is a dynamic Urban Planning Strategist, challenging traditional planning models and innovating approaches with over a decade of international experience. She has led multiscalar urban development projects in cities like Hong Kong, Dubai, Zurich, and London, cultivating change for resilient, socially equitable, and sustainable urban futures. Fatma holds a Bachelor of Property and Planning from the University of Westminster and an MA in City Design from the Royal College of Art.

In her current role, Fatma provides strategic guidance on urban development, master planning, policy making, land allocation, and stakeholder collaboration for the Abu Dhabi Government, actively shaping the urban landscape.
